ILiturgia is an application that helps you practice all the canonical hours of the Liturgy of the Hours directly on your smartphone or tablet without an Internet connection. This version, in collaboration with CNBB, the application will provide the official texts of the Liturgy of the Hours and articles for the Church in Brazil. These contents are translated by CNBB and have been approved by the Holy See to ensure accuracy and legality in use.

LITURITION AND HOURS

The ILiturgia application helps users easily access and practice all the canonical hours.

• Includes all the canonical hours such as the Liturgy of the Hours, Lauds, Tuesday (9 o'clock), Friday (12 o'clock), Ninth (15 o'clock), Vespers and Compline.
• The hours are automatically assembled to help users conveniently follow and practice prayers without manual preparation.
• Users can read the readings in the annual or biennial cycle while accessing the Gospel of the day for a special Lectio Divina practice in Lauds and Vespers.
• Daily liturgical support from the Roman Missal including the introduction, Eucharistic prayer and Mass readings makes the prayer experience complete and full.

PSALS, SONGS AND CATECHISM

The ILiturgia app provides resources on Psalms and songs and also provides catechesis to help users gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of the prayers:

• Includes a collection of Psalms at the end of each psalm and song for easy reference and study.
• Provides catechesis on Psalms and songs in Lauds and Vespers following the guidance of Pope John Paul II and Benedict XVI to help users better understand the meaning and practice.
• The song is presented in both Portuguese and Latin allowing users to access the original text as well as the native version.

OTHER FEATURES

Liturgia offers many additional tools to support users in the process of praying and participating in the rituals:

• Provides a complete set of rites and celebrations including both obligatory and optional feasts and all the common feasts of the Church making it easy for users to follow and practice.
• Includes other prayers of the Church, especially the Rosary allowing users to participate in various forms of prayer.
• Works completely offline so that users can access all features and texts without an Internet connection ensuring convenience in all circumstances.
